Activation “National day of the waiting beer”:
General terms and conditions and privacy policy
A. Terms and Conditions
Art. 1 Organisation
The activation “National Day of the Waiting Beer” is organised by InBev Belgium B.V., with its registered office at 1070 Brussels, Avenue de l’Industrie 21, hereinafter referred to as “the organiser.”
Art. 2 Description of the activation and prizes
For every order placed on 1 October 2025 in a participating friterie, the consumer (aged 18 or older) will receive one free Jupiler or Jupiler 0.0% to enjoy while waiting.
Participation is limited to one consumption per person and is valid while stocks last in the respective friterie.
This consumption is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It will not be replaced in case of loss.
All participating friteries are listed on the following website: jupiler.be/locator.
Friteries independently decide whether to participate in the activation. Those who have confirmed their participation to the organiser, either via an association or via our landing page jupiler.be/locator, are deemed to implement the activation fully in accordance with these terms.
The consumer acknowledges and accepts that the organiser assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable if a friterie decides not to implement the activation or ends its participation early.
Art. 3 Participation
A. Consumer
Any natural person who is at least 18 years old and domiciled in Belgium may participate. The same person may only participate once.
The friterie may at any time exclude a person from participation in the activation in case of breach of the conditions, for example if the consumer cannot present a valid identity card proving that they are at least 18 years old.
B. Frituur
By confirming participation in the activation, the friterie commits to offering on 1 October 2025, during its regular opening hours, the free waiting beer to consumers (while stocks last), in accordance with these general terms and conditions.
The organiser may at any time exclude a friterie from participation in case of breach of the conditions, or in the event of fraud, abuse, deception, or participation in bad faith.
Art. 4 Rules and acceptance
By participating in the activation, the consumer fully accepts these terms as well as any decision made by the organiser.
The organiser is not responsible for any products that are damaged, lost, or unavailable at the friterie.
In the event of a dispute or in situations not covered by these terms, the organiser’s decisions shall be final and not subject to appeal.
Art. 5 Liability
The organiser cannot be held liable if the activation must be modified, suspended, or cancelled due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control.
Participation of friteries is entirely under their own responsibility. If a friterie decides not to implement the activation or ends it prematurely, the organiser cannot be held liable in any case.
